Store Policy


Processing takes up to 24 hrs. Shipping time is 1-5 business days in the USA. International shipping varies based on destination. Typically, 5-12 business days for international. We ship with United States Postal Service (USPS). 

We process and ship packages Monday through Saturday. We do not offer shipping or delivery on the Sunday's or Holiday's.

 We offer next day shipping!

BILLING TERMS & CONDITIONS

We verify all billing information provided by our customers. Please enter your billing information correctly; otherwise, your order may be delayed from processing. At times we may also be required to speak to the cardholder, please ensure that the correct telephone/ contact number is provided on the purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

 

CANCELLATION

To cancel your order, please contact us at sexyobsessionwithshoes@yahoo.com for further assistance. Please note on special order items: If your order is processed, request for cancellation may not be guaranteed. Immediate cancellation of an order must be confirmed and verified by email. A cancellation fee of may be imposed for any order items.

 

REFUND/EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT:

We will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days.

Refund/Exchanges/Store Credit is NOT ALLOWED on SALE items.

A Refund can only be processed to the original payment method received. We will refund you for the original item cost within 3 business days once your package arrives to our facility. Please note that after the refund has been processed your banking institution will usually take 3-5 business days to process and post this transaction to your account.

Receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus the shipping fee.

Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as that item's still in stock.

PLEASE DO NOT TAPE THE SHOE BOX WHEN RETURNING; ANY RETURNED ITEM WITH TAPED SHOE BOX IS SUBJECTED TO A RESTOCKING FEE, NO EXCEPTION!!

 

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt with the condition that merchandise has not been worn or washed with all proper attachments.

 

Lost/Stolen Items

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items once we release the package to the United States Post Service. We will email tracking numbers generated by the USPS to the email address provided at checkout once items has been shipped. Once an item has been listed as "Delivered" on the United States Postal Service's website, we cannot be held responsible if the package was lost or stolen.

Insurance is placed on all items shipped!
